S B Prasad has been in the Petroleum Downstream Sector for more than 35 years and held Leadership positions with various Oil Companies in India, West Africa, and the UK. He has worked with major oil companies like Bharat Petroleum, Reliance, Essar, Caltex, MRS Oil and Gas, Conoil, Sahara. He played a pivotal role in quite a few start-up operations and new brands in India, West Africa, and the UK as well as major acquisitions in West Africa. Successfully establishing an Indian brand – ESSAR fuel stations, in the UK, has been a high point in his cherished career. While he is very strategic in his thinking but is always in sync with the ground realities of different markets, its consumers, economy, and demographics.

He is now closely associated with the Petroleum Exchange of India (PetEx) and Aritraa Group, both of which have embarked on innovative business models in the petroleum downstream business.

Peter partners in a hands-on way with terrific people in the areas of Retail Real Estate – Planning, Leasing, Marketing & Management, Development of Highway Real Estate – Energy Service Stations & F&B & other needed businesses and Health & Wellness – Floatation Tank Therapy. He has had the good fortune to live and work in Australia, Indonesia, China, South Korea, Japan, India, and Hong Kong & we are very proud of the accomplishments over the years and the ways he has been able to grow profitable local organisations with a deep appreciation of the customers.

Retailing is in his DNA. Peter has been fortunate to develop a career in Shopping Centres in Australia with a pioneer in the industry, BYVAN, and then with Queensland Investment Corp (QIC) before his twenty years with Walmart International based out of China, Japan, and Hong Kong and three years with Taubman ASIA, building businesses from scratch, he quickly learned that the most important asset is always the people we work with each day. “The best day in my mind is one where we learn with each other, serve our community and think outside the box on innovation and do it all in a customer-centric way”.

Peter is a Co-founder of the Aritraa Group – it is an innovative and unique Real Estate Services, Energy downstream business, and F&B Management Co. based in India that is focused on the development of Real Estate & Businesses along with the new infrastructure of highways and byways. It is expected to expand this platform to other markets soon!

Bhavya is a Gold Medalist in his post-graduation in commerce from Jai Narain Vyas University and is a qualified Chartered Accountant from ICAI, Company Secretary from ICSI, and Cost Management Accountant from ICMAI.

He has 17 years of experience in Private Equity & Investment Management. Business Strategy, Investment Management, Finance, Start-Up Advisory, Corporate Taxation, and compliances and Corporate Governance are his areas of expertise.

Before venturing on his own, he has worked with Milestone Capital as Investment Professional, responsible for fund’s investment into projects within India across the real estate sector. He has hands-on full life cycle investment experience of investing Domestic and Offshore fund across all verticals of Real Estate like Commercial, Residential, Warehouse, IT Parks, etc both at under construction and fully completed stage and also represented as Nominee director at various Investee companies on behalf of the fund and helped them in streamlining processes, strengthening governance practices and performance reviews.

At Milestone, he was actively involved in developing innovative investment themes including REIT and in devising divestment strategies thereby creating value for the stakeholders. He was also involved in Joint Venture Documentation, fundraising, and due diligence exercise undertaken by Domestic and Global Wealth Management firms, Corporates and Investors.
